Note | About a year ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD which changed my life. Only after I began the treatment, I realized that the way I had felt before was not normal. I was in a brain fog; this heavy weight in my head would make me slow, drowsy, and spacey. I was always fighting to get out of this mire.

Now that I'm in a better place, I learned to accept when this still happens to me. Sometimes it is hard to remember the next thing. I'm zoned out and yet I feel vulnerable. A couple harmonies decide to loop in my head, and my heart is slow, anxious, and tender.
